Rosemary Roasted Baby Potatoes

 Ingredients

3 pounds thin skinned baby potatoes
2 tablespoons melted margarine
2 springs fresh rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Then preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut each potato in half – if you are using bigger potatoes cut each one in 4 piece. Move the cut potatoes on the cookie sheet and pour the melted margarine over them. The easiest way to distribute the margarine evenly is to either stir with a spoon or just use your hands. Then add all the seasoning and mix again. Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated and spread out in one layer. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes or until nicely golden brown. Stir them every 20 minutes or so to avoid burning them. Enjoy !

  1. I don’t know why but I always have problems when I try to make potatoes in the frying pan. They either burn or they are too greasy or I have some other kind of problem. These totally eliminated my problem. They came out crispy and delicious. The were perfect with our grilled steak.
