Zucchini in Ranch Cream Sauce

2 tablespoons diced Onion

1 tablespoon Butter

1/2 cup Light Cream

1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning

Directions

Melt the Butter in a Frying Pan on medium heat. Once the Butter has melted add the Onion. Saute until the Onions are translucent then add the Zucchini and Ranch Seasoning. Saute until the Zucchini is tender. Add light cream and stir over low heat for about 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
