Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

garlic bulbs ( as many as you would like to roast)

olive oil

Directions

With a big knife cut the top off the garlic bulbs so the cloves are visible. Drizzle half a teaspoon of olive oil over each exposed head. Wrap the garlic bulbs in aluminum foil and bake on a baking sheet at 400 degrees until they are golden brown and soft. Let cool off a few minutes and then remove the cloves from the bulb by holding the bottom of the bulb and gently squeezing until the cloves pop out.
