Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 boneless thick cut pork chops

2 tablespoons mayonnaise mixed with 2 tablespoons mustard

¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees (F). Combine the mayonnaise and the mustard in a small bowl. Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish. Carefully spread the mayonnaise/mustard mixture all over the top of the pork chops. Pack half of the parmesan cheese on top of the pork chop then carefully flip  over. Repeat by spreading the mayo/ mustard mixture on top of the pork chop then top that side with parmesan cheese. Bake until the internal temperature of the pork chops has reached 150 degrees (F). Depending on thickness of the pork chops they will bake for about 20-30 minutes.

  1. I didn’t want to waste the parmesan I had to use or loose so I looked for some recipes. I found this one and decided to try it. This was actually very good. The pork stayed nice and moist and the cheese gave it a very nice flavor. Will make again for sure.
