Creamy Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pound mushrooms

1 tablespoon butter

2 heaping tablespoons Boursin Cheese

1 – 2 tablespoons of Milk

Directions

Clean and slice mushrooms. Over medium high heat melt the butter. Once the butter has melted add the mushrooms. Cook until browned then lower heat and add the Boursin Cheese with a little milk. Stir until cheese has melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy !
