Steak Marinade

Ingredients

¾ cup of olive oil

1 small can of pineapple juice or ¾ cup

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

½ cup worcestershire sauce

½ cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

1 ½ teaspoons onion powder

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

4 green onions, chopped- optional

 

Directions

In a medium size bowl mix all ingredients with a whisk or a fork. Add the meat and the marinade to a Ziploc freezer bag. Seal and then carefully shake until the steak is evenly  coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. If refrigerating overnight, turn the steak every so often. I usually try to turn at least two or three times while marinating. Pre-heat your grill. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill to desired doneness. Let steak rest for 10 minutes.
