Air Fryer Salmon Fillets

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 salmon fillet per person

salt and pepper to taste

juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespooon butter , melted

Directions

Check the fillet(s) to make sure there are no bones then season with salt and pepper. Place the fillet(s) in your air fryer and air fry at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the salmon as the time varies a little depending on the thickness of the fillet. The salmon should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

You don’t have to do this but I like to melt a couple of tablespoons of butter with some fresh lemon juice. Drizzle on the salmon right before serving.
