THE easiest Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

corn on the cob ( 1 ear per person)

butter

Directions

Cut the bottom off the corn cob, about ½ inch above the stem. Do not remove the husk. Place the corn in the microwave covered by a moistened paper towel. Microwave the corn on high for 4 minutes. For each additional corn cob increase the cooking time by 3 minutes. Remove from Microwave. Using a kitchen towel or pot holder hold the corn on the top and shake gently until the corn slides out of the husk. Serve with butter.

  1. I didn’t think this would work but I stand corrected. This was actually the quickest way I’ve ever made corn. Very quick and good.
